At Novina Fashion, we are committed to delivering quality products and a refined shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. No exceptions will be made, as these terms are accepted at the time of purchase.


Returns

Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • For hygiene-sensitive products, items must be properly cleaned before initiating the return process

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Tights

  • Certain skincare or personal-use items

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after contacting customer support.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments

  • Customers are responsible for customs clearance and related fees

  • Do not use shipping methods that require recipient-side customs payment

All returns must be shipped to our facility in China.

Return shipping costs start at approximately 30 USD, depending on your carrier and location, and are paid by the customer.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

If an error occurs again during the second shipment, you will receive a full refund.

Photo evidence is required to process all claims.


Refunds

Procedure

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed

  • The amount will be automatically issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear


Delayed or Missing Refunds

Once processed and shipped, the average delivery time is 6–12 business days.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on order volume, global shipping conditions, or holidays.

We offer free home delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
