Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to customers across Canada.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–13 business days.

Will I pay duties or taxes on delivery?

No. All orders are shipped DDP, meaning duties and taxes are prepaid.

Is tracking included?

Yes. All shipments include full tracking.

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

What if I changed my mind?

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns due to international shipping costs.
Returns may be made at the customer’s expense.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

We will offer a replacement or refund. No return is required. Evidence is requested.

How accurate is sizing?

Sizing is based on factory measurements. Minor variations of 1–3 cm may occur.
